_Bread and Duck feel that it's crucial to eat delicious food. It is thus our aim to create gluten free food that doesn't taste like "gluten free food". Because there's nothing worse than eating a rock. 

We create delicious breads, cakes, and pastries that are fresh and fluffy with no preservatives or artificial stuff. We use quality ingredients from local, fair trade, and organic suppliers wherever possible, to ensure Bread and Duck products are good for our environment as well as our taste buds.

Some of our products are vegan, some are dairy free, some sugar free, some soy free, so no one gets left out. You can find us at markets and cafes around town or catering for some yummy event.
